2024 USBC Open Championship Bowling in Las Vegas: Trying to roll a 300 & keeping the beer cart busy

The Saturday afternoon scene at the massive United States Bowling Congress' 2024 Open Championship tournament at the South Point Hotel & Casino Bowling Plaza, Las Vegas. From February 3 through July 28, individuals and teams from across the U.S. compete almost every day, all day, as elimination play continues for months. There are more turkeys (3 strikes in a row) than at most Thanksgiving dinners back home, and splits (when the remaining pins are left with a gap between them) mean its time for that bowler to buy a round of brews for the team. 5/4/2024.
