I'm trying to get caught up on videos before we head off to Vermont to look for fall color, so this is 2 videos posted in less than a week! That's worth a like and subscribe - isn't it? Anywho - Cindy wanted to visit a waterfall and paint, so I suggested Cedar Rock Falls in the Pisgah. We've visited this little waterfall quite a few times, but I always enjoy going. This area was in a drought during this time, so when we visited the next waterfall in the video - Log Hollow Falls - water levels were really low. The low water flow really showed off the colorful rock at this falls, so all was not lost. On our next hike, we took the Daniel Ridge Loop Trail up to a couple of waterfalls that are really close to one another. The first is a small waterfall on Right Fork before it flows into the Davidson River. The last waterfall in the video is on the Davidson River right below a nice primitive camp site. There's an excellent swimming hole at falls too!
