Can you do a video on the following: 1. How the taxpayer will remit payment to the IRS if they have taxes due 2. How the taxpayer pays for their services before the tax preparer provides the finished tax return? We will be doing taxes remotely, so "How do we collect the fees remotely?"

QR CODE? Does Crosslink have the ability to provide a unique QR code that links to the taxpayer input area? Having a unique QR code would be an excellent idea so that I can put it on my business cards, social media, etc.

If the taxpayer needs to send their income sources or supporting documentation, is there a method where they a send a photo instead of a PDF? How is this done?

Taxpayers can utilize our TaxPass Mobile Site for this. TaxPass will send a photo and/or pdf to the taxpayer's tax return and store it in the document archive.

Question On the Document Archive. How are the documents saved when you are preparing an individual's Tax Return: By SSN, or by name, or both?

Documents are stored within the tax return and the naming of the file is up to you.
