I just wanted to know if we can build a partial house in Bahria or if there is any possibility to build the complete structure from the outside and partially complete the inside according to the budget, like we do in other areas in Karachi. As you know, it's difficult to arrange the full amount nowadays. Also, if possible, can we live in that partially completed house?

Short answer, No you cannot live in partially constructed house in BTK
