I'm going to miss watching these young women play. They really were such a together team, playing defense as well as they played offense. And our young pitchers really, really proved how good they are. I love listening to Coach I talk about this team. What a great coach she is!

PRIDE has been the word for this team. Starting the season at 3-4, then getting on a roll to the Pac12 Title, then into this elimination game has been nothing short of pride in the 4 letters on the front of their jerseys. Proud of this Bruin Softball Program! Go UCLA!

Yeah it's a shame they didn't go further but that's sport. They did brilliantly to make it to the WCWS. Just full support for the Bruins. Such a professional outfit.

Sounds like a coach advertising every team had tuff years you lost 2 straight she can say losing doesn't matter but when they beat Oklahoma a few years ago the tone was completely different

UCLA's coach and players showed very little respect for OU after they beat them. I'm not impressed by this team at all.

Incredible athletes here, however win or lose OU athlete's always separate the game from life and they say it in the press conference. Every thing the UCLA players and coach spoke about was themselves. Nothing about A bigger power. OU women separate the importance of Faith over the sport. AND this is why the OU Women win evsry year. They play for more than the W. Just my opinion.

Wow John, do you know how many believers on the UCLA bruins softball team. I would venture to say you don't know. As a Christian woman I would never call out anyone else for their belief. We do not stand on the street corner and pound our chests that's not what we're called to do as Christians, we are commanded to share the gospel in kindness and love. Just because I'm a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ does mean I will always win and and our prayers should not be to win.I would hope that all teams play for an audience of ONE. In my opinion.

She pulled her starting pitcher after allowing one (1) run through the first three innings of the game. She did the same the day before, pulling her pitcher less than half way through the game after allowing a single run. This coach didn't deserve to win.

@@kimberlyolvera8523 She took her left-handed pitcher out against an 89% left-handed hitting line-up. Left-handed pitchers ordinarily dominate against left-handed hitters. Relief right-handed pitcher comes in after starter sees the lineup through once, and gives up the winning run. This coach lost the game for her team.

All that sounds good but she needs to recruit better. Too many home grown cali players leave the state. She hasnt connected with top recruits. Hasnt proven to be ableto build a powerhouse and have suatained succes. UCLA isnt feared anymore. Tired of watching the Sooners dominate. Over it.

Shame on you to say these women are some how lesser children of God because they do not have the same level of faith as you. Their personal lives are theirs to share, or not share. You sitting in for your god and placing judgment on them? DO BETTER.
