I was in my mid 40's and ride motox at local track since my 30's and owned so many bikes.. all 4 strokes.. I rode a friends 2007 YZ125 one day and the next I was at the dealer buying one. Absolutely 1000% the most fun Ive ever had on an mx bike. It reinvigorated the sport for me. Im also 230lbs and I still only ride my 125. I lost count how many people at the track told me the bike was "too small" for me. They aint got no clue.

@@Supernova869-s4i Yes, it does count as time because the engine is running but don’t worry about it unless you let it sit and run hours at a time. Don’t worry about idling and oil last far longer than you think. Look at test on oils on KZbin. Cars change oil every 5,000 miles yet they have shown in studies that it holds up even at 50,000 miles though not well. My point is if you need an oil change but want to ride and not do an oil change then go ride. It won’t hurt a thing and still has all its protective properties

With that whole new motor you would think the Yamaha engineers could have got at least 37 hp. For all the new changes its not much more hp than the 21' and they lost low end in the process. If they are going to lose the magnificent easy to ride power the 21' had then they should have shot for the 37 hp mark to make-up for the lost low end.
