Bike manufacturers are moving towards bigger and low strung engines due to emission norms. High revs era is gone GoPro 11 has GPS, they removed it from 12 onwards

@@NalinKhurb 1) high or low revs have nothing to do with emission norms 🤦 Also, the high rev era is not gone. 2) I think he meant why he didn't go with the latest one (13). And he is right. GoPro 7, 9, and 10 are considered to be the best action cams for motovlogging.

To counter that, the torque tuning has been done to give a better figure at slightly lower rpm I'm going to need some examples from you before you think you can make your point As for the GoPro thing, it's clear what Mr. Shiraz said. GPS is a deal breaker for him. Just made a factual submission that it is 11 which is the last model supporting GPS. No need to argue about it

@@kulkins8638 Every iteration of emission norms gets more stringent. For the same cubic capacity you either have to increase the compression ratio or increase rev range or else lose power. Since that is not possible you increase the cubic capacity, which naturally decreases the rev range for a particular style of engine (single, twin, etc.). Simple physics Ninja 300 is more than a decade old now, there will be no replacement for it *R15 I have already mentioned in a comment above *Ninja 400 moved to 500 *Ninja 1000 SX moved to 1100 SX with lower power and more torque *The new KTM 390s are higher CC Emissions have and will stifle the performance in the future as well. Of course you cannot keep increasing the engine size forever, there's a Goldilocks zone

I used to but GoPro, just like Apple, make their last gen devices' software/features slower, that's why the GPS, that used to work flawlessly earlier, doesn't work now. But, don't you worry, someday soon, I will buy a VBOX device 😃

it beats in cc/hp ratio but what about cost sirji? ppl dont care about cc/hp ratio its about the power a bike can give in less price... if a 300cc bike is costing 6 lakhs on road compared to 457 cc which costs 4.84lakh on road ppl will choose rs... plus mileage of rs is comparatively better than r3... n thats the reason even big moto analysts are not happy with Yamaha

1) Watch my videos on the Noobs of Auto Journalism to know the reality of those so called "big moto analysts" 2) The Aprilia definitely has been priced beautifully. 3) The R3's reliability is proven worldwide. The 457 is yet to prove itself in the long run. It has to, because generally Aprilias aren't known for their reliability. 4) The video says exactly what it says: the R3 has a better cc to hp and performance ratio than the Aprilia. And of course it does so "reliably." 5) Aprilia is scared to give me their bike. But I have sourced an owner's bike, which I would reviewing next month.

The R3 has been updated for 2024 now.. Clearly Yamaha was selling their last batch here in India that too at an atrocious price.. This is what happens when ppl become fanboys and pay even if they price it unjustifiably.. Whereas they reduced the FZ25 price when it wasn't selling.. Should've given the same response to the R3 but Yami boys said shut up and take my money..

@@kulkins8638 you have zero idea about motorcycles. The "updated" 2025 R3 has the same engine and chassis. ZERO mechanical changes. On the contrary, it gets just that centrally mounted projector setup instead of the quad set up on the current bike. Should the R3 be priced better? Of course. But it's still better than the bike not being available in the first place. All imports are expensive; this isn't an exception.

But it's got a new headlamp, fairing design, finally a slipper clutch that should've already been there and an updated cluster.. I was saying Yamaha had more of the old R3 parts so it assembled it and sold it in India and now that it got over, they launched the new R3 overseas.. I wasn't talking about it not being available and I know CBU costs a lot.. Don't get cocky before understanding a comment.. I'm an automotive enthusiast from childhood.. The new R3 gets an updated console, new rear design and a slipper clutch and they wanted to clear all the old models parts from their bin before launching the 2024 version.. And the first 500 units sold out too soon even with the Aprilia being cheaper and better, since there are blind Yammie fanboys like u.. Grow up and stop deleting comments if u have any guts, kid.. @kulkins8638 you didn't say that. You said that the Ninja 300 has a "higher top speed." And you are again wrong in saying, "nobody compares that including you." Nobody does, BUT I DO. I have clearly mentioned that. Again, the Ninja 300 does NOT better the cc/hp to performance ratio of the R3. It's close, but you're still missing the point. The 457 has a 136 cc advantage over the R3 and 159 cc over the Ninja 300. That's a huge difference! The difference between the Ninja and R3's cubic capacity is nothing to speak of in pure technical terms. For example, the Ninja 636 was considered a 600... The R3 and Ninja 300 are both 300s. The 457 should be compared against the Ninja 500. If it were a 421 or even a 437 then it should have been compared to the Ninja 400. And here we are, comparing a 457 to 300's where the 300s are still giving it tough competition 😊
