Celine is Premium tier all round hero same like Pallanus/Colt which you can literally use anywhere both PvP/PvE with the right potential and line up of heroes

@gphstreams What kind of insider info you got man? Lol. It just doesn't make sense at face value, right. We have Karma, Trude, Yeonhee, all with a damage increase modifier. It would make sense if she got something like Disintegration, then I'd agree for sure. But Bad Romance already applies to all allies, like Frenzy and Karma, when they're attacking. What you think?
