Mr. Grad, It was a pleasure following your content this year! Thanks for sharing your journey with us. You inspire me to make my own videos, specially now I will get into college.

A big constraint in learning a lot of math in a small amount of time is that even if you are highly motivated, it will take you a lot of time to solve tough problems (unless you are specially gifted).

Dear Sir, I finished my master degree in math a long time ago. I am old now. I always wanted to work for a Ph.D., but life forced me to take another road . It is kind of a deep hurt in my heart that I had no time to do it. Anyway, I am absolutely sure THAT YOU WILL GET YOUR PH.D.!!!!! Happy New Year!!!!!

Your videos remind me of my time in medical school. It was tough and stressful, but looking back, it was probably some of the best times of my life. Cherish the connections and friends you make during this time.

hello! thanks for the video. could you give some info on how you're related to the colleges you mentioned in the beginning? i watched your practice vs talent vid where you showed your journey but avoided any names (understandably). thanks! maybe i missed some info since i havent watched all your vids. i aspire to be like you someday!

It's funny you bring up the concept of motivation. I've been trying to motivate myself to study math with the same intensity that I did in school (undergrad) and I am struggling. I think those exams were what kept me on track. I guess that's what 9 years away does to a man. And also my job isn't on pencil and paper anymore.

What was your most favorite subject during your PhD and also did you ever think of studying physics cuz math and physics have a lot of mathematics in them

If you want a better understanding of brownian motion and stochastic processes I'd recommend "Statistics of Random Processes I. General Theory" by Robert S. Liptser , Albert N. Shiryaev a tough read but it's a great book

Personally, I think whatever you have available is the best option you can ever find. Don’t let perfection rob you of progress

When it comes to any notebooks, I scribble the first first page like hell. Because if I don't, I'm very gentle with the notebook, which distracts me....like bro, it's not even an engine...
