Speaking of wins in 2024, a few of my achievements include quitting multiple addictions, becoming an academic weapon, drastically improving my soft skills, and picking up new hobbies. Additionally, discovering your channel ignited the spark within me to improve. One of my favourite quotes is, "Be so good they can't ignore you." - Steve Martin Lastly, I will be eagerly looking forward to videos about the Cambridge process, including ESAT/TMUA preparation and resources, exams, new lifestyle vlogs, and more. I started watching your videos more than a year ago during my a levels (I clicked on your physics a level tips video not expecting to get invested at all into your channel) and now I think I’ve watched every single video since then. Your videos make me so happy and never fail to calm my anxiety when things are getting difficult. I’m a year below you, and I think I see a lot of myself in you which is probably why I find your vlogs to be so calming and real. They remind me that everything’s gonna be ok in the end and that it’s alright to feel unproductive and overwhelmed sometimes. I started watching you around the time I was applying to cambridge in 2023 and now I’m on a gap year with my oxford decision coming out in 2 weeks, so my life has kind of gone full circle but your videos have been the one thing that’s been constant throughout and they really inspire me to keep that gritted teeth optimism and accomplish the ambitious goals I put out for myself. I really like your videos and as a result achieved the best GCSE grades in my year and I'm now studying Physics Maths and Further Maths. what worked for me (bit annoying but desperate measure) was i went to get them gel painted at a salon a few times in a row and i said to myself if i bit off the polish i'd have to go back and pay for a new set and my lack of spare cash motivated me to stay away

happy new year! i love your videos so much, they motivate me so much from the start of sixth form and now i’m in year 13. i was just wondering, what made you reapply for a different course instead of settling and going to warwick for maths? just wondering because i got rejected from oxford maths and it’s difficult for me to decide between just maybe going to one of the other unis i may get an offer for and taking a shot at oxbridge again. ps, best of luck for everything this year :)

happy new year love! tbh i went to warwick knowing that i wanted to shoot for cambridge - i just didn't have any good alternatives for what to do in my gap year so warwick was more of a 'safety' move (as in if i got rejected second time, i'd be a year into a degree anyway). at the time i was very set on my decision to apply, but looking back on my time at warwick i honestly think i would have been happy to finish my degree there. i think the difference in the actual stuff you learn between oxbridge and other good unis (from my experience of warwick vs cam) is really quite slim and it's definitely easy to be happy with either!

it really depends on ur capabilities, some people are able to manage and juggle work with a levels, so the best way to know is to check ur schedule and see whether or not ur able to fit it in!

yeah definitely agree with the comment here. i personally worked up till december year 13 then no further, but i think definitely depends on if something is available and covenient for you

@Elle999x9 I used to work monday after school (like 4-7) which was a rubbish shift then like Saturday 1-9pm Sunday 8am-1pm or something. I sold chips at my local football club 😛

I think the half days on weekends were good bc when I got back from work on a Sunday at 1pm I still had 8ish hours to study. given I was earning 4.60 an hour not sure it was entirely worth my time though (especially given I spent all the money on strawberry laces?)
