Yes, he was talking to the fans who accused him of sending them "coded messages" when mew and gulf were no longer working together. Mew apologized for the fan service that he did though. Gulf has not apologized. Fans kept trying to figure out if mew and gulf were secretly seeing each other after tharntype was over. They spread a rumor that it is in gulf's contract that he can't be seen with mew, but there's no proof of that. Fans made up a bunch of stuff to convince themselves that mew and gulf were still together and then blamed mew for lying to them when mew set the record straight. Private investigators were also supposedly hired to follow them and catch them as well as mew's family was threatened. Mew finally got tired of the toxicity and set the record straight. He said people want the truth, but when he gives them the truth and it's not what they want to hear, they make up their own truth and then blame him for lying. That's when he gave the mental help hotline number and he's right. They need mental help. I'm glad he did it that way bc fan entitlement has gotten out of control. It's similar to how kids get out of control when they're spoiled. Sometimes tough love is necessary. Mew did nothing wrong with his tweets, and I'm proud of him. Most celebrities don't have the balls to do that as they are too greedy and don't want to lose fans, so they are fake and nice to their fans. Mew has always been genuine and honest and actually cares for his fans bc when you truly care about someone, you tell them the truth.
