Thank you Tracie and Daniel! This helped me out SO immensely. Blessings to you, and to the community. When I heard take it down, I heard to take down the barrier in my heart. A healer had put a shield around my heart to protect me years ago, until I was ready. I think I finally am but am unsure of how to clear that and what may be stored underneath. But something to ponder for the new year I suppose!
