Great floor plan. I love that this is built on the 101” frame. Size and weight are perfect as well. Finding a campsite for a 40’+ bunkhouse can be hard sometimes.

Perfect 5th wheel bunk house. However I hate the TV right at the dinette. For those of us that like to sit and relax you can’t if kids are doing school work or people are eating.

Is this prepped for a combo washer/dryer in bottom half of bedroom closet? Why isn't there slam latches on all propane storage...big theft area? This is on my list...love it!

I wish you would ditch those on demand water heaters, I know they are more appealing but for those that like to get out and may not have sewer hook up those don't conserve water and you'll fill your gray tank real fast
