Nothing to do with the environment, and everything to do with control. A petrol powered classic car can't be tracked, monitored, or turned off remotely. As long as you have fuel, you can drive the car wherever and whenever you want.

alternative fuel... will be easy solution,, but Car manufacture, Insurance and government , want people to buy and expend more money in disposable car model,,, made of Plastic, foam, and tin can steel,,
