They are making the laws so strict for the driver that sometimes even blowing your nose at the traffic lights is not allowed because it distracts the driver, in the meantime however I have a car that from factory is a mobile phone/Christmas tree on wheels

There is. You can dim them as well. Only thing that sucks is so much of modern interiors are designed around lighting that it feels so dull without it
