you forgot to mention the elephant in the room , the plethora of cost cutting done this this car and how cheap the interior materials are compared to the current LCI model. i own the current model and i just cant see how this is an upgrade i cant fathom spending 100k in canada for the m50 to get this cheap plastic interior. well i guess the only option is get an x5 at this point bmw wants to seperate the x3 . its criminal the x1 interior feels better than this. but well done nice presentation.

I am not waiting for this. My next SUV will be an Acura MDX Type-S with better design, price and maintenance costs.

I can only say that the front view of the "new" X3 is just plain ugly. And the interior is just a mess of cheap plastics everywhere. This car is such a disappointment to many and I can not believe BMW would cheapen the X3 to this extent with all that is going on with ultra cheap and nasty, but styled, Chinese cars.
