Toured the BMW factory in South Carolina on Thursday; it's the 8th Wonder of the World. Gives you a ton of confidence in the high quality of BMW products and the people who work there. Engines are built in England or Austria; metal fabrication and assembly all done in Spartanburg plant that spans 1200 acres. Exports go out to 120 countries through Port of Charleston.

Great review, especially the driving part. The 40i is just plenty of engine and less maintenance than the M60i which is overkill. Plenty quick with the inline 6. My loaded 2025 X7 is now in production based on your great video. This is a wonderful SUV. Thanks Hawkeye

I bought the M60i back in December, a big reason being because of your M60i review! It’s a great vehicle, the M60i is insane, and I often forget I’m driving a big SUV.

Great review Anthony! That is a big beast of an SUV for sure. I wonder how it would compare to a Q7? For the $$ that is really great for a premium SUV. I hope that your week is going great!

It's longer, more powerful, less towing and it's still tight in the third row. If you option captain chairs its better, every row heated seats but you have to option that. To make it the way it should be it will be a price of a base SQ7 making the x7m60i a better choice but you will still have to option it up. So far it's been a good week all caught up and ready for Honda tomorrow. Thanks James

It's funny how the Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy does a far better job especially with It's luxury interior, interior amenities, and plentiful space even for the 3rd row passengers offering USB ports, reclining chairs, air vents, heated seats, and quilted Napa stitched leather, and large dual sun roofs, Not to mention, you get more technology too and you do not need to spend $25k more to get it. I choose the Palisade hands down over this.

The massage seats are awesome it feels like a roller inside the seat and when equipped it has a lot of different modes that work the legs up to the back.

@@ethandemo it’s less money, faster but the MB is more comfortable with suspension, seating and more towing. I would test them both as the drive will be different which you can feel.

Once the warranty is finished with BMW is where the real pain and regrets come in. If your living paycheck to paycheck I would never recommend a BMW.
