I can tell you right now. 2 AC units is not going to be enough if you're in Florida or Texas. I have a Cedar Creek, cottage, and the 2 ACS. Just don't cut it here in Florida. Ended up with a portable, AC. It takes up a lot of room, but it works really well. But without it, I'd be shit out of luck

I would rather see that front bed / bunk room made into a dedicated lounge as the existing lounge area , as with a lot of them is half in the kitchen and can only accomidate 2 people.

You do a great job doing the walk throughs. the thumbs down is not on you , it's on Forest River. Although the second bedroom is nice it robbed this unit of an actual living room. there is no room for a family to get together with plenty of seating to enjoy a movie. The small mud room is cool. This unit looks great on the inside but is not practical.

So with the new car industry not looking good overpriced vehicles next is the RV business. Overpriced RVs need to come down they are not worth the money. My opinion
