One important suggestion for next year planner. You have kept goals on monthly basis & only three goals per month. One goals usually takes year long to get half done not month period. Nothing major happens within a month. So please next year keep your goals on year long basis & should have templates to add 8-12 goals for a year. I liked goal template of dash planner a lot. Rest your whole planer is so beautiful. Thereby I chose to stick with your planner. I simply copied dash planner goal templates to your planner before 12 sections notebook. Hope next year you may consider my opinion. Thanks for the planner. It’s a very beautiful planner.

EDIT: The planner opens to the main cover and I didnt notice the "setup" oage before it which contains the link. Loving the planner!

how are you saving the sticker files so that when you upload them to goodnotes they all save in their own folder, or was that a different app?

They’re all Goodnotes Elements collection files, so Goodnotes will auto-populate a new collection with the stickers in that one .collection file :)

Hi, could we change the calendar layout whenever or are we “stuck” with the one we choose in the beginning? Eg if I want to use Hourly some weeks and Half Hourly ( 3:04 ) some other weeks or swap between the Classic or the Task layout ( 3:25 )?

Hello! Whichever layout you choose at the beginning will be the default layout in your planner, but every planner also has a template library within it that has undated versions of every weekly & daily layout plus a few extra for notes! You can duplicate and drag them to the corresponding week to use them 😊

I will have an undated version of this in December 😊 That one would be reusable every year since you date it yourself with premade templates!

there is still the Overview and Schedule template in each planner, and if you tap on the paperclip icon, there is a whole library of undated weekly templates you can duplicate/drag/drop to use if you need 😁

I just bought mine in Landscape mode. 🥰 Quick question why is the landscape doesnt fully cover my ipad screen as seen in this video even if it is in read mode and full screen (i have ipad air 4) I kinda hate to see spaces in the border when it is in full screen. Last year i had the portrait and it perfectly fits the screen. just wanted to know if I can do something about it.

Ah I believe we already discussed this via email! 😄 But if anyone else wants to know, it's due to the differences in aspect ratio across iPad models. There is no one-size-fits-all but the sizes I create them in minimize the borders as much as possible across all the iPad models!

The Integration only works with iPadOS as it requires the Shortcuts app which is only found on iPadOS 😊

If I link to my google calendar, will my calendar entries show up in the daily planner view? Or is it only links to google?

The calendars do not sync - the integration just opens Apple/Google cal to the specific date you’re on in the planner so you can add events without having to leave your planner or select dates manually since the integration does that for you already 😊

I have a question; I set up the planner and currently use it, but not all the icons at the top work. Is that a feature that is not working? Currently, I can click on the paperclip and the pencil that takes me to the notes, but not the heart, calendar or emoji icon. Is there an easy fix?

Hi Moni! 🤍 The icons are meant for the monthly planner pages (Goals, Wellness, Finance, etc.) so they will be greyed out if you are on the index, yearly pages, notepad, etc. as those are not associated with a month. If you go back into each month, week, and day you’ll be able to tap on those icons to go to the corresponding month’s pages (e.g. January Goals, January Wellness, and so on) 😊

I set up the calendar/reminders integration, but how do I actually activate it? Like, while I’m planning what do I have to do to add an appointment to both the planner and apple calendar?

The video starts explaining how to use the integration at 8:20 😊 Every page you see an "+ ADD' button on the top right, you can tap on it to activate the integration. When you write something down in your planner and also want to add it to your calendar apps, I'd write it down in the planner, then pull up the calendar integration and add the event in there as well. At least that's how I do it! 💗

Hello! The version on Goodnotes Marketplace is a bit more limited due to the platform's restrictions/requirements. I'm more than happy to send you the homescreen shortcut if you send me a message via the contact form on my website! The external link popup box does have to appear as it is how iPadOS lets you know you are going to an external link and there is no workaround for it at the moment!

Ooh I forgot to mention that the Calendar Cards for Goodnotes are all merged into one Elements collection already and not into separate colours since there are fewer stickers, so you won’t need to unzip that one any further! Just send it straight to Goodnotes :)

It depends on what file format you’re backing up your Goodnotes documents to. Files that end in .goodnotes can only be opened in Goodnotes!

Hello! Make sure you are on the 2025 Download Library for all the colour options! The mini Dec 2024 planner only comes in Frost, so you won’t see all colour options for that in the Dec 2024 Download Library 😊
