After exam, my frd told me : ah ya, part A easy la, just use those sarcastic sentences that you use in Instagram to blame others or complain sth then u will be ok ga la, think about about some mean words and make it formal then you could get 5 * ga la. He got 19/21 in part A eventually 😅

I rmb i wrote sth like, malfunction AC led to poor convection in the room. And them i said something like oh this is a central AC system. We can not change the temp, so it is very hot at night, and and link this with the smoking problem in the graph provided. I said the people in the next room smoke cigarette and the smell of smoke pass through the malfunctioning AC system to our room and them me and my frd could not sleep at night. Then we ring the reception, the receptionist call some technicia to help and their tone is very bad and looks like they they don't want to help us. And then foul language stuff like that, poor room service. 一次過講ac non smoking room service. 扣哂題，最後20/21 將看似無關係嘅point 連成故事就duck
