Like most of the comments up here are saying, I would guess it is the DCT clutches. They are very light weight so when the car is in a high torque gear and at low rpm, the car will jolt and skip a little bit. BMWs and porches do the same thing. It's pretty much the TCU's way of stall prevention.

Just take back to the dealership sir, don't guess and let the audience investigate. It's still under warranty. They should give you a loaner car for the time being.

seems to just be your dct making some noise mine can be noisy sometimes leaving a stop light in manual mode staying in first gear or if the car is really cold

I had a problem with a Ford Mustang 10 speed transmission where going into work parking lot it would not go out of first gear. When I got off work it corrected itself. I took it to the dealer and they told me since it did not trip a code so nothing to do.

But yeah i was told that as well but it was getting to the point where i was driving in auto in N mode and every downshift the car did it squeaked loud as hell. Every Upshift it squeaked. I think my heat shield is just super loose. Thank you for the help/ recommendation i highly appreciate it. 🤝

im at 6k miles but i dont use the N mode too often. i dont think you have much to worry right now. the transmission in all modes is quite quirky, jerky and a few other descriptive words lol. if you the actual driving feeling isnt "off" you should be fine. do you plan on this channel only Elantra N based or are you going to add more to it?

@@BKcantbestopped yeah the driving was perfectly fine it was just awful when downshifting in N mode the entire car would squeak😪 And It’s going to be predominantly Elantra N content but i’m definitely planning on doing some videos with all of my friends cars. They’ve got some interesting cars i’m sure you guys would enjoy🤟🏽 And btw beautiful N love that color.

Welcome to dealership life. That clip didn’t indicate anything so relax. Just drive it until it gets worse. They may not have heard the same issue because it could be normal. Just keep driving it and don’t worry about it. Do 2nd gear in parking lots. 1st gear is really only to get moving. Its too jolty.

600 miles is the break in period...4,000 is when wear metals, engine, trans, and performance etc becomes more consistent

Just drive it for couple thousand miles... Don't race it yet on track ..drive normal and then check if it's the same...900 is too new and probably that's why the dealership didn't do much too .. ..by the way you old enough to drive 😂😂
