Why can't companies provide training and offer job to those graduates with year gaps , who have a certain degree in any technical field. These companies are creating more unemployment than employment.

Because they don't have to😂... Dude it's all demand supply... Till 2010... Let's say we had 100 engineer in market and companies want 1000... They take students from other departments like civil, mechanical and trained them... Now we have 10000 engineer for 1000 jobs... So they have skilled people lined up to work for low wages... Why should they train unskilled students
