I don't usually track my health & wellness on my journals, but I'm starting one next year! This year my physical and mental health just plummeted now I feel like record my symptoms/triggers from noting it down. And we chose the same Hobonichi weeks for that! I've been following your planmas videos for inspiration and cannot help but wondering how do you keep up with all of those planners/journals. In your videos you said that some planners didn't need daily commitment, but even so, filling and backfilling those many planners might be hard. What's your strategy to at least keep all of them decently filled? Did you choose specific time to write journals or just write wherever?
