The frantic feeling of losing something you rely on is overwhelming. I know how hard it can be to calm down after things like that &, when you're already struggling, that's the last thing you need. So glad you got your phone back in the end! I also relate to being in robot mode & just putting one foot before the other. When chronic pain & my mental health get me down, I know I have no choice but to trudge forward. It doesn't feel like resilience in the moment, but, looking back, it is. It's SO tiring being resilient, though. I find myself praying for a break often too. Thanks as always for sharing, Kev 💛

I'm sorry (but appreciate) that we relate

I totally get it. I feel like I have been trudging for so long, and my friends comment on my resilience, but to me it's just tiring. Recently there was a shift though, and it feels more like proper walking than trudging.

I haven't finished watching yet, but I wanted to say I enjoyed your reading at the virtual open mic! I really love memoir, and I look forward to reading your book when it's available for public consumption! Just today, I had an idea for my second book. Just a kernel, but enough to be exciting and to feel like, "Yeah, I think I could do that," after years of wondering if I had it in me.

@@kevgmor Thank you! And thank you for using my favourite punctuation mark: the semicolon. (I like how I had to use a colon to make that statement!) 🙂

I feel the same way. It's very regulating to watch Kev go about his life - a real life, not one crafted to get likes. It's a privilege, really. I mean, aside from family, when do we ever get to see and hear about how people really live, on an ongoing basis?

@ It seems so rare nowadays for authenticity like what is presented in Kev’s videos. Even amongst family sometimes I feel like we don’t express how we really feel in order to be more accepted by them. Kev’s videos truly are a privilege to watch. Really crazy thinking about how we’re able to access these videos from our fingertips too. As much as technology overwhelms me at times, I’m very grateful to have it for reasons like watching Kev go about his day to day life. Much love and blessing to you :)

Found your channel through the SBSK interview 🤗. I noticed you speaking on your pain level throughout the day. Could you elaborate on what your chronic pain symptoms are? The cold weather also aggravates pain for me. Thanks for sharing your story and daily life ❤️

My son suffers from similar problems why can’t we make a group of same people and be supportive to each other

There are some support groups out there. Students with Psychosis is one.
