I’m jealous! I can’t wait for my 2025 pa12 to come in! Honestly I think there is no need for a hatch bucket with the electronic mounting plate in place.

Nice walkthrough. The reasoning for the older rear hatch is its is flatter, and more water tight by the eay it seals and mounts to deck. Also another change is the rib under the seat is now gone allowing for battery storage under seat.

Forgot about the battery under the seat, I'll have to see if my battery box actually fits under there, not sure if it will!

The drive well insert is good to have in if you are using a motor at higher speeds. It helps keeps water being forced up the the 360 tube, which then finds it's way into the hull.

Good point, when I have a motor on I always have the pedals in too as I usually use the motor as an assist so I'm still getting at least a little exercise.

@kevinredden6632 If I'm going for a longer distance, I will pull the drive and throw the plug in. When I get to my spot, I put the drive back in.

Also the kick up fin booms changed to plastic because they now use the set screws like the 180 drives.

That's hilarious, I didn't even notice as I'm sitting there playing with it! I wish I had, that is actually a nice change to have in the video, in my last video where I tear down the 360 drive I even complain about having to replace those whole nose cones as they wear out.

Everything looks good, not a fan of them taking the front hatch bucket out, that’s where I store my motor battery and assorted other things I carry in there
