People are trapped in their homes. If their mortgage rate is around 3%, they cannot sell their home and buy another house where the interest rate is 6-7%. The golden handcuff. Only the most desperate will sell. I do not think there will be a glut in housing market with the current mortgage rate.

@@jn8559 you have a great point. Buyers want to move but giving up that 3% mortgage is tough. Buyers are calling me and they need to buy as traveling 2 hours back and forth to work is not going to work for them as they need to go into the office now. Keeping an eye on this 😍
