On top of Tarzan joining AL, I also think Tabe is just such an amazing coach. I love most of his drafts, and you can tell his teams always improve their mid game macro and teamfighting after he joins a roster

LPL by FAR has the best format. I think NA/SA is playing it a little safe, like they thought there are already so many changes that they needed to chill. But I bet they adopt this system either midyear or next year.

Because AL have a solid base of the 3 players that stayed from last year, as well as Tabe, and they got Tarzan who is a solid player in the LPL. JDG, on the other hand, they have a bunch of players who have never played together, not a single one. Then you've gotta consider, how will Scout pair with Xun? When Tarzan left LNG, Scout looked lost asf without his jungler spending hours in his lane. Peyz is really good, but he also can look really lost at times as well, plus it's his first year in the LPL and probably doesn't know a lot about it, or mandarin yet. On top of that, Ale is hyper aggressive and can int super hard if his team doesn't play around him. So yeah, it's really easy to put AL over JDG right now.

I think they're going too hard on the fearless angle, I'd rather watch players on their best champs cause in LPL they always manage to make the games interesting with their playstyles you don't need champion variance for that

Pools are decided by domestic placing points over the 2 splits in 2024. NIP had a lot of points from going 4th and 4th in both splits. Obviously it'll look a little off because rosters change.

That is the point, it's made like this to avoid having multiple bad or multiple good teams in the same group to ensure that the best teams make it to the playoffs and diminish the chances of a team making it due to luck
