Way to go on getting back in the pool! It is a great cardio and cross-training option. I(Breezy) understand your trepidation; haven’t been in a pool or even owned a swimsuit in years. You both are doing great!

You’ve got this half marathon! With your previous race experience and know how, the high elevation is going to push you through this. Think about all that Disney junk food you’ll get to enjoy afterwards. Yum! You’ve not once mentioned your race fueling this time around. Electrolytes, jellybeans, homemade carb snacks? Any changes?
