How important is USCE for a US IMG who wants FM? Am i screwed without it?

USCE is very important for IMGs. US LORs have the most weight. You can match without it, but it is much more difficult. Match could be possible if you have strong step scores, are recent grad and/or have strong home country experiences/residency. Try to at least get Telerotations if you can't travel.
