They do - the only discernible difference I see from my E450 is the AMG steering wheel (which is on the E53, I think). When I ordered mine from the factory, I could have chosen the oyster interior but ordered the Macchiato beige because it had the light headliner. A black headliner, which the oyster interior has, makes a vehicle feel like a cave to me.

Too complex with the screens!!! They deviate from selling cars with a main objective(s) to a show room. We are paying more money for things most drivers don’t need.
