The box on the trunk door is so annoying, including the fact that it is pointlessly over the window impacting visibility, much better to have the spare tire there.

You can either use that box, any accessory or a spare tire. It looks much better with a spare tire, but I suppose they give you a repair kit instead just to save some weight.

@@AaronStarkLinux Yes, it is a choice for the buyer, but that box is pointless, it should be larger, accommodating also the repair tire kit, compressed air and flood light and some space left, and seamlessly integrated into the external panel of the door without obstructing the rear window.
