I am American with no Brazilian blood, but I saw that movie when it first came out and really thought Fernanda Montenegro would win, she was spectacular. My heart broke when Gwyneth Paltrow got the award, and now all these years later we know all about Harvey Weinstein and how unfair the Oscars are. Very few movies are as brilliant as Central Station.
