I drive a kw 990 i no all about the hoods there heavy plus i have the big moose bumper i haul coast to coast and new Mexico plus i go into Canada someyimes..the boss wants to get me one of these Pete's i don't want it i have the 605 Cummins 18 speed 521 thousand miles 3 1/2 years. Swap out the hose clamps on the power steering res to pump hose at the reservoir. It is a leak point when the ambient temps go down.

I like the new trucks. Acceptance of innovation breeds better ongoing technology. I don't know why someone couldn't just plug a laptop into their truck and adjust which gauges it displays, and how big, and what font and everything. It'd be so simple. Even if the program made certain requirements, it'd be cool.

Mike, have you seen Bruce Wilson’s Scania videos? Pretty impressive truck…going through the complete factory build and drive to it finally arriving in the U.S. Quite the difference compared to a North American truck for sure.

Good morning Mike, and YES I stayed to the end😁couple of questions, does the truck have disk brakes? and why isn't the front axle a drop axle? also have you considered a Sequioa paint job? Anyway your trucks are light years ahead from what I drove T-800's but we had that traction control, go up a washboard hill on the throttle and all of a sudden you come to a dead stop, nope you lost traction, were gonna stop.😋Yep keep the new truck stuff coming, really enjoy them, and Kenworth is going all automatic...except.. the W900's. Ok have a Great Day see ya next video.

I don't like cliff hangers. Now I gotta wonder for a week or two what changes are coming 🙁 I like the old truck content because I'm old, but I do like the new truck stuff too... Trying to force automatic transmissions is absurd. It sounds like the powers that be in Canada think the same way that California's Governor does. Complete idiocy... The trucking industry is already grossly over-regulated, and unfortunately the people that implement new policies are totally clueless about trucks, so it will only continue to get worse. I'm starting to get used to the 589's, but will always prefer the 379's. It sounds like they have some bugs that need to be worked out. The electronic dash / gauge cluster is a perfect solution to a problem that never existed. Analog gauges worked just fine for many years and I would prefer to have the dash filled with old school gauges but those days are gone... I am glad to see it actually has true dual exhaust. Having one active exhaust and one dummy exhaust was truly about the dumbest thing I've ever seen. It would really look stupid in cold weather having steam coming out of one stack, and nothing coming out of the other. I want everything to go back to the way they were in the 60's and 70's...

No one in the comments mentioned it either. If I can say it, I think I like Peterbilt Mike a little better than Mike the Truck Nut. Not that there is really anything wrong with him, but after watching this video, I think Peterbilt Mike is more down to earth and grounded than Mike the Truck Nut. Mike the Truck Nut can be, well, a little "Nutty" sometimes. Sorry.
