Hi!😊 I love your thought process behind your planner choices! I love the hobonichi weeks like, linen fabric books, I enjoy sewing so to me they feel like a really nice fabric that I would enjoy sewing with. I stuck stickers on my cover this year and used a plastic cover over it and they are holding up really well, no stray adhesive or peeling corners or anything!👍🏽 I enjoy the process of choosing a planner and like re-evaluating what works and what could be better, the part that I find stressful is how hard it can be to place the hobonichi order during their release with the server being busy and stuff😅 I liked the Yumi Kitagishi Beautiful Wallpaper weeks for 2025 so that’s what I’m hoping and planning to be in! Sterling Ink has the N1 to which is standard size and could potentially eliminate the need for a separate travelers notebook. Additionally it’s undated so you could limit your journaling/dailies to when you really need them.

Thank you for your over view ! I am currently trying to decide on my planning system for 2025 and am really unsure what to do ! I have been journaling for the last year and a half and am full blown into the journaling world now and planning world . I have a hobinichi A6 weekly which I have been using since summer as I discovered the brand and wanted to try something until the new year ! This runs out December so am working on my system for 2025 . I love the midori B6 size ! But debating whether to get a hobinichi cousin for writing / art journaling however I think it will be too restrictive for what I want !

I've been trying out several different journals n stuff (also for specific things and themes) but I've never used them for longer than a few weeks so, because it was too stressful to keep up with. I've now decided to just get a standart lined notebook which I put all sorts of things in to make it less stressful- and It's working great so far!
