Is the Ramcharger available to price out yet? I'd like an offroad version of it.

Thanks man! I just ordered my limited longhorn on Tuesday, got the production email last night. I only went with the longhorn because I wanted the brown interior since my truck is black. Dealer got me 3% off MSRP and with trade-in, out the door will be about 80, with everything. How long did they say you should expect to wait? I was told June... :S

If you want the standard equipment list for the limited/longhorn, let me know I'll send it your way.

3% off MSRP is a horrible deal. You can do way better.

"MAXIMUM Payload 1370" 😐🤣

Yup!

I honestly don't see why you don't just go with a top-trim mid-size at that point. 80% or more of the capability with better driveability, easier parking, better gas mileage, and 2/3rds the price! Today's top trim half-tons are for people with money to burn who like the look. That's it.
@hellkitty10149 ай бұрын
Most loaded/top trim 1/2 tons are 1300-1400lbs in payload. Not unusual.
@SliderFury19 ай бұрын
@@hellkitty1014the max payload on a '22 Limited was like 1470. Mine came in at 1260. Not a good travel trailer number. The average limited will barely make it over 1,000 now, which is less than Jeep Grand Cherokee I had a few years back. Also, top trim F-150's do much better, you can get them around 1800, which is roughly where Ram 1500 Bighorns have been at.
@tylermichaud86999 ай бұрын
@@SliderFury1you can get a limited with a payload of 2300 pounds when properly equipped. If you don’t opt for the panoramic moonroof that significantly increases your payload capacity. I have a 2021 Laramie night edition fully loaded panoramic moonroof, head up display, digital rear view mirror ect and my payload is 1600 pounds.

Can we get some of the cheaper models

Been a Ram buyer for 30yrs….with no more V8’s I’ll be buying low mileage used ones.
@alp37818 ай бұрын
I was thinking same here. Once the new one comes out, older Hemi will drop a bit more. You can find cert, clean, low miles and plenty of them HEMI block. I would buy extended coverage due to possible issues with the air shocks alone. They are not cheap to fix.

Might as well pay 1000 more or 2000 more and get the tungsten

Interesting. This all matters right now. Going through divorce - everything is amicable - but without her we don't need the big toy hauler. So there's a chance I sell HD and Jeep and get a luxury 1/2 ton that can still pull my NoBo. Or just keep HD (which is what I want) and trade in Jeep for a little bigger daily - like a Sequoia or something like that.

Seems like a very minor update visibly. Lots of power train changes. I hate to say this but… it’s becoming a boring company. I think their European ownership is actually hurting a lot. They are pumping all their money into EV’s that people don’t really want.
