pickup used to be a bit above the price of a regular car , but today most pickup are more expensive than a mercedes , to all car makers make a cheap under $20,000 car or pickup and forget about all the toys like infotainment or electric side mirrors , give us the cars you sell in the third world at a cheap price and if I want to add any electronic toys I will have them added later if I have money to burn but stop pricing those cars out of the range of the average consumer.

I called my local Toyota dealer this morning because I wanted to preorder one. They said they have no idea when the truck will be available or even if it will be available in the US and Canada. Very disappointing news

This is a twenty minute advertisement. It is not a product review. It uses deceptive illustrations and not actual photographs, much less video of the pick-up in action. I notice how often the wheel design and tyre treads change, even the rear seat angle is straight almost vertical in one illustration and a more comfortable reclining rear seat in another illustration, like a 4 door duo cab would have. I notice escape words like "light four wheel driving," and "light towing." This suggests to me that this is not a tradesman's pick-up or a caravan towing holidaymaker, but you can load a mower, can of petrol and garden tools in the tray.

this model is slate for 2027. Approximate fees $25K-$38K said the salesperson. Based on current Tacoma prices, I'd say more people will buy these over the Tacos

Corolla pickup is similar to Maverick- both are mid size pickup available in ICE and hybrid. The Maverick is available, now, whereas the Corolla is still on the drawing board. Essentially, Corolla is a Johnny come lately- uninspiring and built using Prius old technology. In contrast the KIA Tasman will come in 3 flavors: ICE, hybrid, and plug-in. Why bother waiting for a Corolla when you can buy a Maverick, now. However , your patience will be rewarded if you wait for the Tasman plug-in; it promises long EV range and more powerful electric motor.

This for pick up looks amazing, but I’ve seen other videos that claim completely different pictures and specifications of the Toyota corolla pick up without the prime version for example and with way lower towing capacity of 1500 to 2500 pounds towing capacity I wish these people wouldn’t go by the seat of their pants and put videos out on stuff that’s not accurate !

sized between the Tacoma and the Tundra ? have they lost their mind at Toyota ? they are simply robbing the Tacoma and Tundra customer base......the announcer keeps saying small truck but its not even close to being small. The US desparately needs a pickup in the size range of the 1996-2004 Tacoma that gerts around 50mpg priced 20-25K. They would sell a million of them. Old Tacomas are the prize to find on the used market. Currently in Az people are buying them to do a little body work and paint. They sell like hotcakes and are one of the few used vehicles that have increased in value over the last 10 years.
