Damn, you were flying on that thing! Impressive that you can rattle off all those specs on an mtb ride and not be out of breath. 😃

HI Mo This Patrick, I met you and Hannah out there a couple weeks back. Great review, it is nice to see it on the trails in Aliso, it really soaks up the bumps and it looks like it climbs great, I can't believe you can talk so well thru the climbs :o. Thanks so much and say hey to Hannah

Great review! I personally love my Spur, and your review of it helped. Transition really has done a good job of doing everything really good, and not just one thing perfect.

Beautiful new shred sled! I recently picked up the V2. Amazing bike, but having issues with dialing in the Fox grip and x2. We are the same height and on a XL. Any chance you could share all settings for suspension? Kind of out of text, but I need some tips. I will vouch for its climbing platform, but my descents are not quite there yet. Thanks much!

@@akosyjonathan 6'-1"ish. Just barely squeezed into an XL. Someone set my rear shock at 180 PSI, recently put in 200 psi which has made a big difference.

165mm cranks not only push up the saddle height but also decrease the stance. So your “attack position” has your feet closer together. Even as a short man 170mm is ok for me but I haven’t tried 165 yet so can’t reference the actual feel myself.

Im 5'7" and on my last bike I thought the 175 cranks felt short on my Spur, now I have a Trance Advanced with 170 and always feel like something is off hurting my hips.
@ninjazzrhythm40029 күн бұрын
I'm 5'7" and I feel more balance with the 165 cranks. I also have 31" inseam. I always feel 175 was too long. Then again, everyone feels different on other people bike.

How would you compare the climbing/descending to the ripmo v3? I tend to do bigger pedal days but a lot of the trails I ride down are steep/chunky/rutted (Santa Cruz). Thanks!
@moandhannahtravel14 сағат бұрын
Both are very simiar with the Ripmo having a slight edge out of the saddle sprints! We have a comparison series happening right now!

Glad they steepened the headtube angle. The 2022 sentinel was wayyy too slack for an everyday bike. Great for enduro though

I don't care for the internal frame storage trend that every manufacturer seems to be going to. Happy they didn't do it to the recently updated Spur.

$100 more for a carbon frame (frame only) than the full Deore Alloy bike (granted they specced $200 forks on it...shame on Transition)
