Nice. Carbon fiber is so great. I went with the crystal white fx sport 4. Picking it up tomorrow.😁

Thanks for the vid. Some of the camera angles were actually upside-down. I realize you were trying to zoom in on the action, but it was disorienting. Just some constructive feedback. Hope you are enjoying the new bike.

I just received my 2025 FX Sport 6 from my LBS. This is my first carbon bike, and up until now, I have been riding a Trek DS 4 for eight years. The FX6 is quite the upgrade! Nice video! BTW, did your Girona Pro tires come with tubes, or in a tubeless configuration from Trek? Mine have tubes. I may try tubeless in the future.

@@JN32006 Congratulations!! Happy for you. It’s a great riding bike! Mine came with tubes, too, but may go tubeless as well. Enjoy it!

The FX SPORT 4 now is the matte carbon for 2025. Which is slightly lighter than the 2024 color “deep smoke.” Which I don’t think Trek should’ve done as 2025 FX SPORT 4 still isn’t up to par with the 2024 FX SPORT 6. At the very least the frame color should’ve been dropped down to the 5.

I believe if you purchase a bike and shipped to your home you should know or have knowledge on bicycle assembly, truing and adjustments. If you dont have the knowledge then i suggest going to your near bike shop let them do everything for you and pick it up. They may deliver the bike for you.

@@vbBegin1957 I appreciate the feedback. My two sons have both worked as professional bike technicians and they have helped me on numerous issues, repairs and builds. My point was to show that the bike can be easily assembled with a little bike maintenance knowledge overall, with the exception of truing the wheels. I did assume the wheels would be trued from the factory. Thanks again.

The hubs and wheels need to adjusted and trued out of the box. Most of the axles are over tightened from the factory. Some cone wrenches and spoke wrenches would be nice. TBH, not sure how you'd buy a bike in a box from a shop and not have this explained, bedding the pads etc.

Thanks for the info. I was not aware that the wheels would not come trued out of the factory. I don’t know how to true a wheel but I’ve got a local shop that can do that. My son manages the shop where I bought the bike and he sent it directly to me.
