Businesses need to stop just having unpaid College Interns. I think having Internships with no age requirements is good. Especially, if you're looking to switch careers.

And at minimum- PAY them people. ❤

I'm ok with opening internships to all people, but they need to ensure that there are still ample opportunities specifically targeted towards young people.

Internships are for college students and recent graduates. Apprenticeships are for people 30+. You don’t want to be 31 around 19 year olds.

Demons. Some people have spent years working saving and raising their kids, then when it about time for them to enjoy the fruits of their labor in retirement, the economy becomes so bad they have to return to work, and that is good news? WOW 🙆♂ This timeline sucks!

Influencers is a broad term. It can be a single person…. Or the 4 of yall. The definition of influencer is to persuade an audience to do something.

Social media is easy. You don't need a gen z expert to teach anyone about it. It's not deep. What is there to "learn"?
@infini.tesimo2 күн бұрын
Actually a lot. You'd be surprised the level of research copywriters go through on this and pay millions to learn over their lifetime.

How about be responsible with your money in one of the best economic times in America yet they weren’t responsible and now they gotta go back to work. They deserve it.
@katies20673 күн бұрын
What an ignorant take. Inflation, stagnant salaries, unexpected expenses, etc. are all reasons why people are struggling financially. Sure some people are mismanaging their money, but many aren’t. “They deserve it.” 😒

@ if you’re of retirement age you lived through the most economically prosperous time in human history if you didn’t come out on top you clearly wasted your time in most circumstances. The s&p was about 300$ in the 80s. Not buying assents when you’re young is a great way to ensure you will work until you die

@@DohertyT2319you must not have been alive during the great recession of the early 2000s, fall of wall street, Enron, auto industry buy out. All of those boomers had investments that they lost during that time and had to rebuild. Not to mention the housing crash of 2008 so the value of their homes dropped. It is not mismanagement putting retirees back in the workplace it s the economy over the last 20 years
