Obviously Dubai is just for temporary workers. Wala security ang trabaho, your employer can cancel your contract anytime and back to Philippines kana.. Australia is for lifetime opportunity, work and live permanently…better salary,clean environment and perfect to grow a family.

Just be honest with your intentions. If you want to migrate, apply for PR/skilled migrant visa. If you have a student or tourist or any temporary visa, you are required to return to your home country.

What about I.S who obtained qualifications after studying? If they are skilled enough, di na ba sila allowed to apply? Why should they be denied sa opportunity to stay here just because they started as intl students? Sana pala tinanggal na ng immi ang options na mag apply ng post-graduate visa or magkaroon ng bridging visa, bawalin ang onshore application. Sa TV-SV onshore, I know bawala na po
