I love the apartment😘❤ About the deposit is still good. In europe you will pay for 3 months 2 months deposit and 1 month rent fee The 2 months deposit will be return to you after a year or if you sign for 6 months😊

😂😂😂 I’m not living a life of luxury as I want yet sir/maam. Everything is planning and of cos your finances matter. Rent is expensive in Ontario, so this is a typical price. I used luxury cos the landlord of this building calls it a luxury home. Booking a flight earlier ( 2/3 months before your flight date will save you a lot of money) whether business class or economy. Fun fact, we met someone in the airport on our flight date that paid more than us for flight ticket simply because the person booked the ticket few days to the travel date, the person flew economy. So don’t get it twisted sir/ma’am. If you stick around, you’ll get to see how we turn this apartment to a home. To answer your question, I’m a product designer and my partner is a software engineer 🤗
