206RC Rally Car Build

Made this small slideshow about my 2004 Peugeot 206 RC converted to RC3 FIA Specs, to compete in local events (Lebanon). We don't have any gravel or snow trails here, so it has a tarmac set-up. Here is a list of modifications done:

OMP TRS-E bucket seats with FIA Homologation
Custom Cages Roll Cage with FIA Homologation
6-point harness for driver and passenger with homologation

Sabelt Seat Mount
Plexiglas side windows with required openings per FIA specs
Alcantara custom dashboard
Real Carbon fiber inserts
Electricity Cutout Switch (OMP)
Engine Fan override

ProTuning Stage 1 map (220 hp+)
Catalytic Converter delete
Straight pipe exhaust with single outlet (1 muffler only)
RTD Short Shifter custom built for this project
Rebuilt engine components

Weight reduction (no radio, no A/C, custom wiring harness…)

Bilstein Coilovers B16 (front)

do you make some shanges on the gearbox becauze of instaling the shortshifter?

No changes were made on the gearbox, completely stock! The only thing changed was the short shifter assembly done by a company called RTD Shifters. Check them out!

jihed Abdallah of course, you might need new engine mounts though

You can! but as @skundog said, you need the appropriate engine mounts and ecu to go with it!

good! actually I want to add a turbo charger, so how can I choose the right one? ( I mean if there any calculation ) and is there another parts I have to change it? thank you!

If you want to turbocharge the car and run high boost you definitely need to upgrade the internals (built engine) and will need more stuff like fuel pump, fuel lines, stand-alone ecu, etc... You should really put a target hp/torque number and then consider your budget. You can then browse online on the options that you have to achieve this target
