Love it. And I am learning so much. Makes me want to make resin art straight away. But I do need resin for that. It is so expensive…

I love listening to your magpies and seeing your kookaburra-I had a best friend who lived outside Perth, and the few times that I’d visited, those birds just enchanted me. He passed away a few years ago, but whenever I hear your birds, I think of him and the times I spent in W.A.❤ We have nothing that sounds like that on the east coast of the USA.

I love the way they both look. The second one has some lacing going on, beautiful.

Theae look so cool! Maybe if you drop the white in from a little higher up it would drag more color down through the resin. Just a thought.

Hey Julie! This is such a cool effect! Yes, there was a lot of ink put in the second one. Lol Can't wait to see more, love the colors! The birds sounded so pretty singing their songs, it's wonderful to see them and the fur babies. Big hugs from Texas!😍🤩

Wow, 3 days old and the video is just now showing up on your page! UTube sure is glitchy, lately. LOVE the warbling song she sang to you! It sounded like rushing water over rocks. 💕😍😊 Now, to watch...! 😊👍

Love it when you feed the birds Julie. So wonderful to hear them sing. This is interesting. I do something similar with the ball molds. I been meaning to tell you that one of the links to the Amazon store isn't working. The one that takes you to the dragon and the turtle works but the other one doesn't.

Julie this still isn't showing up under your videos. I can only get to it by going to my notifications. So it's no wonder it has so few views. You may have to take it down and reload it. KZbin isn't showing it properly. It is a lovely video.

Hi Julie, can you also show us the cloud effect with alcohol inks and white resin on top instead of sinker. I think we'd all be interested in that tecnique as well. It seems I used to wait for 30 minutes before adding sinker white.❤

I don’t know what phone you have but you should look in to getting a magnet stand then you could use both hands and still use your filming setup.

A lot of people dislike using pinata white as it tends to be too heavy. You definitely used way too much ink. I use cheap brands off amazon and they work great. I make necklaces and keychains but I only drop enough ink to cover the surface, or if I have empty void I like to put a background colour. It seems to make it pop. 1 layer is all I do, then add my white. Wait for an hr and I stir it. Learned all I know from Daniel Cooper. I hope this info helps and good luck on your petri journey. You can get some interesting pieces, that's for sure ❤

Lol. The first one was a nice messy one😂. But indeed looks good. Sad that it was so sticky. See what the next experiment will give. 👌

I mix isopropyl alcohol with my favorite octopus resin ink colors. These have become my favorite alcohol inks because I can make them more or less concentrated in color. These colors also cling nicely to your white sinker, so it takes on the color of your ink, and they do not leave a skin like piñata does. I also love the Enoki by octopus for my sinker white. It is heavier than Pom Pom (by octopus inks) but lighter than piñata's Blanko Blanko. I hope this helps. I know you have these on your shelves.

What kind of birds are the ones that had the babies? Their voices are sure nicer to listen to, even if they are kind of loud, than the birds we have to constantly listen to. I'm not sure whether the crows or magpies are louder and more annoying.
