Hi. When using the appliance to open a blackhead etc, there is a 'hole' that is left behind. Does this 'hole' close by itself and what about infection. Some people have a huge number of 'holes' and wonder if the skin is scarred?

A lot of these spas are in South East Asia so sun exposure & damage is probably a given. This client is probably relatively young. Look up elderly acne or blackheads if you want to see them tackle a lot of blackheads all at once.

Some of these lip commodores are not helped by all of the products we apply to our lips including all of the popular chap sticks so must be careful what and how much of these products we are applying and the pores that are opened up and deep will fill back up again.

Is there anything you recommend for fordyce spots on your lips? I have a few, they don’t show if I wear a lip color but I am scared they will look like the internet photos! My dr says ppl with high cholesterol get them. Mine lowered back down but the spots didn’t go away 😢
