21:09 sir why are we assuming that phasors are rotating in anti clock wise direction , when i assumed that phasors are rotating in clock wise direction then option B satisfies

The convention of assuming phasors to rotate counterclockwise is arbitrary but widely adopted for consistency. This convention simplifies the representation of sinusoidal signals in electrical engineerig providing a standardized way to analyze and express complex numbers in the context of AC circuits. The choice of counterclockwise rotation doesn't affect the mathematical results but ensures consistency in the interpretation of phase relationships.
