20A. Soviet Dissident Vladimir Bukovsky, Concordia University presentation, Montreal, Canada, 1986 organized by Helsinki Monitors Spotlight USSR, Concordia University, Adrian Chomenko, President. Bukovsky exposes psychiatric abuses against Soviet Political Prisoners. He was sentenced a total of 12 years in prisons, labour camps and psychiatric hospitals. In 1976, he was exiled from the Soviet Union to the West on a prisoner exchange. Restored, safeguarded by MML Inc., his talk is included in the KZbin Playlist, Ukrainian Political Dissidents Project.
