The bamboo’s recipe you should boils the raw bamboos separate until it fully cook boil about 30 minutes to remove the Rae’s and the bitters out then after boiling for 30 minutes then drain all the liquid out rinse one to two time then drain the water out completely then ready to cook for stir fried or boil alone add with bamboo the boiling recipe you need to add for fives stale of Lemons glaze to make the soup have a fresh taste that is my peoples always cook this the correct how to cook bamboos i live in America from Laos thank you for showing nices.
