I feel a little déjà vu coming. Back with me three wheel off-road motorcycles were popular. They started making them faster. CSPC did a safety study and low and behold, they banned the sale of all of them in United States.

@scotthardesty starting in january 1988, the sale of all of them was banned. Even the ones that were used on farms were no longer allowed to be sold anywhere in the united states. This is why I am pushing so hard to see a difference in name between the legit classified ebikes, and the other ones that are coming out. We know regulations will be hitting them, and if they will separate out the ones that do not fall under the classifications. At least the ones that are truly classified may be left alone.

Great review and I enjoyed it. For me though I would like to know if I can get it into my SUV when folded. I have 31 inches of clearance from top to bottom. So with the seat removed and the handle bars down, would it fit. Also what is the weight of the bike minus batteries? And one last thing, does it have a rear differential to help with turning. Most new trikes have it but I wanted to ask. Thanks for any info you can provide.

I just ordered one and was wondering what was up with the fenders so I don't have to go to my local bike shop. Is it something I can figure out or just follow the directions?

For mine, it looks like I receive the wrong brackets. They have sent me a new set. I am hoping that fixes it.
