I’m upset Disney had to scrap this to an another distributor over a GENERIC animated film (Wish) and a Marvel movie (The Marvels) that nobody asked for in the first place and it also was doomed for the start. Good thing Universal got this as it was a perfect fit for them. If Disney/Fox merger never happened, it would have made sense if this movie was released under the ‘20th Century Fox’ label. There was definitely a shot Fox would’ve still released this movie along with the ‘scrapped/sold’ films like Nimona and Woman in The Window, though the latter was pretty terrible.
