Police officers checked compliance with the current legislation in the field of migration workers in the garment industries and the mushroom farms of the Gatchina district.
Employees of the Department of migration of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia together with the FSB of Russia in St. Petersburg and Leningrad region conducted a check on clothing and mushroom farms (production of nurseries) located in the Gatchina district of the Leningrad region. Were found on the objects worked 60 foreign nationals. During the inspections, 2 foreign citizens illegally engaged in labor activity were identified. In respect of them, protocols were drawn up under article 18.10 of the administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Illegal employment of a foreign citizen or a stateless person".
Also, a foreign citizen who violated the regime of stay in the Russian Federation was identified. He was brought to administrative responsibility under article 18.8 of the administrative Code "Violation by a foreign citizen or a stateless person of the rules of entry into the Russian Federation or the regime of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation".
The employer who has engaged these citizens in employment is being checked.
Materials of administrative proceedings against foreign citizens are sent to the court for a decision in accordance with the current legislation.
